What Is the Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the 1980s. It divides work into focused blocks (usually 25 minutes) separated by short breaks. For exam prep, it helps extend attention span, reduce procrastination and improve study efficiency.
