Yakup Demir

Co-Founder

Born in 1989 in a small village in Kahramanmaraş, Turkey. From a combined-classroom village school, he learned early that learning is a systematic process. Graduate of Abant İzzet Baysal University, Chemistry Department. During his teaching years, he developed an approach focused on analyzing how students learn — the foundation of the Ferrum brand. In 2017, he founded Ferrum, combining YouTube, publishing and digital systems. Reaching hundreds of thousands of students, this structure evolved into a content + system + measurement model. Today, his goal is to build the world's most comprehensive digital platform in chemistry.

Turgay Tınas

Co-Founder

Graduate of Istanbul Technical University, Computer Engineering. He combines technical expertise in software development, data analysis and product architecture with over 8 years of experience in the education sector. Specialized in turning complex needs into simple, scalable and user-focused digital products. Builds end-to-end solutions in educational technology, student tracking systems, assessment infrastructure and content platforms. As the engineer who designed and built FerrumOne's technical architecture from scratch, he created the infrastructure for the interactive periodic table, 3D molecule viewer, calculation tools, student panel and management system. He positions technology not just as a tool, but as a strategic force that makes education more accessible, understandable and measurable.
